KET
Key English Test – certificate of basic knowledge of English

PET
Preliminary English Test – can be taken after finishing the pre-intermediate or intermediate course.
KET and PET are excellent exercises for children who can later pass more complex Cambridge exams at higher levels more easily

FCE
First Certificate in English– third English exams, but the first in terms of advanced language level. It can be taken after successful completion of an upper-intermediate course.

CAE
Certificate in Advanced English – certificate of advanced level of English, it can be taken after finishing the advanced course.

CPE
Certificate of Proficiency in English – certificate of excellent knowledge of English and successful use in almost any situation and context.

BEC
Preliminary, Vantage or Higher– there are three levels of business English which you can get a certificate for, and it is useful for everyone who works and uses English or starts their career, either here or abroad.
International English LanguageTesting System-IELTS
IELTS- general or academic mode
This international exam is comprised of four parts: essay, listening, comprehension and speaking. It is taken for enrollment at universities all over the world. The exam can be taken in general or academic mode. Grades are from 1 to 9. The score of 4-5 is preferable for immigrants and undergraduate studies, and 6-9 for post-graduate and specialist studies. The exam is 2 hours and 35 minutes long and candidates are required to exhibit accuracy, certainty and speed. It is a written exam and takes additional time. Testing is organized every three months. Results arrive within 7 to 15 days. For exam preparations, original testing materials are used. Simulation tests are integral part of preparations.
Test Of English as a Foreign Language – TOEFL
TOEFL iBT – unlike IELTS – this international test is taken on a computer. The skills it tests are listening, writing, reading comprehension and speaking. The exam is four hours long. In preparation for the exam, original test materials are used. Simulation tests are integral part of preparations.

For the listening and speaking part of the test, you will use a headset with an integrated microphone. The test is about 4 hours long, with a 10 minute break. More details about preparation for different parts of the test: Listening – getting acquainted with the skills and strategies necessary for successfully solving the tasks in the listening part, using original materials recorded on CD. Reading – thorough preparation for a successful approach towards reading the texts typical of TOEFL iBT, practicing of all kinds of questions in this part of the test. Writing – instructions, practice and individual approach to evaluation of essays, introduction of useful vocabulary and grammatical structures, i.e. accurate text layout which is needed for a good score on this part of the test. Speaking – improvement of spoken English in order to approach the tasks in this part of the test as efficiently, clearly and successfully as possible. We organize oral examination with regards to language and content.
We also learn how to effectively take notes in parts of the test related to listening, speaking and writing.

How long does preparation
for toefl last?
Preparation for TOEFL can last between one and four months, depending on your general language level at the beginning. However, the optimal period that teachers suggest, based on their previous experience, is 3 months.
