Verbatim.edu.rs has no obligation with respect to such information and is free to use it without restriction for any purpose (such as use, reproduction, modification, publication, (re) distribution, public display, etc.) and without citing sources.
It is prohibited to post or transmit to or from the verbatim.edu.rs any illegal, threatening, defamatory, degrading, obscene, pornographic or other material that violates any laws.
Complaints
Complaints on data or wrong type of goods
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +381 69 270 51 19, or send e -mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail info@verbatim.edu.rs and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its application.
Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Card Payments
You can pay for your order using the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. Your card must be approved for online (Internet) payments by the issuing bank.
If you selected this payment method during online ordering, you will be transferred to a bank webpage (Banca Intesa) that is protected and secured for this payment method. On this webpage you need to enter the following data: Card number, Expiration date and CVC2/CVV2 code, all of witch you can find on your card.
When entering payment card data, the confidential information is transmitted through the public network in an encrypted form using the SSL protocol and PKI system as the current state of the art – encryption technologies.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s website.
At no time is payment card information available to our system.
The data entry and verification are performed entirely and exclusively between the card user and Banca Intesa, and the online trader has no access to the data exchanged.
Payment is not possible in any foreign currency, only in RSD (Serbian dinars). For your payment you can only use payment cards from domestic and foreign banks.
The customer who uses the online card payment service through our online store (verbatim.edu.rs) must meet the following requirements:
- The products are delivered only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
- Only the owner of a payment card can make a payment.
Dear verbatim.edu.rs customers, we informe you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014) purchase via our sales website is considered as distance selling.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel from a distance contract. The canceling period is 14 days from the day when the goods were delivered to you, without giving a reason. By canceling from the contract, you are released from all obligations except the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods returned due to withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer has the right to cancel from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for cancelation from the contract concluded at a distance, outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way.
Cancellation Form
In case of a cancellation of a contract, the buyer is entitled to send the cancellation form. Once you have downloaded the cancellation request, complete and sign. Then send to our e-mail address info@verbatim.edu.rs.
As soon as we get your e-mail, we will send you necessary documents for product returning on your e-mail address, which is the verification of your Cancelation Request Form.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the cancelation form. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the request for cancelation, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them in correct and unused condition and originally undamaged packaging, whereby the original invoice must be attached.
The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the Cancellation Request Form and upon return of the product.
The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the consumer, except in cases when the consumer receives a defective or incorrect item.
The costs of sending the goods for their replacement are borne by the buyer.
In case of customer cancelling the order contract, the customer has the right to receive the refund or exchange their order for another item. Payment refunds are effective after verbatim.edu.rs receives the item, inspects and confirms that the item is not damaged.
Verbatim.edu.rs is responsible of making the refund equal to the amounf that the customer has paid as per the contract with no delays, no later than 15 days after receiving the order contract cancellation request and the consumer sending the item back.
Refund Procedure
In case of cancelling the contract and refund, here’s the procedure:

As soon as our team receive the necessary data, we will prepare the necessary documentation and send it along with the refund procedure instructions to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order.
In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the buyer with a payment card, in whole or in part and regardless of the reason for return, verbatim.edu.rs is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that at the seller’s request the relevant bank will conduct the refund to the bank account of the card holder.
Products returned due to cancelling the contract must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. The package you are sending needs to be tightly wrapped and taped.
You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses indicated in the invoice-dispatch note, without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store, which is listed above. Any such package will be returned to the sender on the cost of the sender.
